Volunteers visit Emmanuel year-round, offering their talents and skills to improve the quality of life for the children and staff. Volunteers may coordinate their stay through Danielle in our main office. 

Volunteers are vital to the daily functioning of Emmanuel. They are assigned various tasks such as passing out medicine, office work, playing with the babies & toddlers, helping in the school, tending to animals on the farm, serving meals, helping out with laundry etc. Volunteers may visit for various lengths of time – we ask they commit to a month or more and the longer the better! God has continued to be faithful to supply Emmanuel with volunteer assistance. We have updated housing facilities for both male and female volunteers year-round. The facilities include a full kitchen, community bathroom, laundry room, and bedrooms with bunk beds. We are also open and interested in helping out with an internship that a student needs to complete. Here at Emmanuel, there are many different areas of work that we can more than likely help within the internship needed: school, farm, administrative, nursing, and pastoral. It could be over a semester or a year. We would be willing to help set up a responsibility for them that fits within their needs and ours as well as sign any forms needed saying that it has been completed. An internship would be unpaid, but it would be a great experience for all that are involved.

All application materials need to be submitted by email and once all materials completed the office can reply with your approval status. Applications cannot be approved until complete.
