Felipe Alvarado
Felipe came to Emmanuel in 1990 when he was 4 years old. He grew up here and began to show good leadership qualities. He assisted in many of the different houses and assisted many staff members. In 2007, when he was 25, Felipe went to Costa Rica for a year to study in a Bible College. He moved back to Emmanuel after a few years to serve. In 2013, he left Emmanuel again to work as an English teacher and translator for many Christian Ministries throughout Honduras. In July of 2022, Felipe felt the Lord calling him back to Emmanuel to serve once again. He is now in charge of the Grandecitos’ House and in charge of our Agricultural Program.

Orphanage Emmanuel is a ministry of Amor Cristiano International (US 501-c-3). Emmanuel is a Christian ministry whose vision is to evangelize and evangelize and disciple children so that they may grow up to be living lights and good examples in the ways of God.
