Miguel Angel came to Emmanuel in 1996, when he was 2 years old. In 2014, after he graduated high school, he left Emmanuel to join the Honduran Airforce. He returned to Emmanuel in January 2017 to work with the horses and help as staff.

Danielle is from the Tampa Bay area in Florida and came to Emmanuel for the first time in the summer of 2011. She continued to come and serve her time while she was completing her degree at the University of Central Florida on breaks. Danielle made the decision to serve as a long-term volunteer in August of 2017 and made the transition to staff in 2019.

Miguel Angel and Danielle began dating in 2020 and were married on May 6th, 2023.

Miguel Angel is the adult staff member in charge of the Medium Boys’ house, and he helps run the Horse Barn here on property. He enjoys working with all the boys of different ages and all the lessons taking care of the children has taught him.

Danielle works as our Team, Volunteer and Sponsorship Coordinator as well as is one of the in-charge staff members of the baby house.
