Infrastructure Updates
We recently received a grant from Ten Thousand Reasons, a nonprofit organization out of Georgia to make infrastructure improvements around Emmanuel. With that, we have been able to buy 9 cement power poles (for a total of 16) to replace the old wooden ones around the property. We would like to buy about 20 more to be able to finish the project.
The Ten Thousand Reasons Grant also helped with farm/greenhouse upgrades, a needed milk cow, and fire prevention equipment for all the children houses and other buildings.
